The Ludens Auction House acts as a mediator and an auctioneer, which organises and manages public and online auctions of works of art and other items.
Auction participants accept General Terms and Conditions of the Auction House, which are an integral part of each invoice, issued by the Auction House to a buyer, or a Contract of Sales representation agreement between the Auction House and a consignor. Business rules that are mandatory for all participants are listed in each auction catalogue, issued by the LUDENS Auction House.
Unregistered users of the Ludens Auction House website have access to all information data (announcement of auctions, access to electronic catalogues of all the announced auctions, auction rules, contact information and subscription to e-newsletter).
Registration at the LUDENS Auction House offers the users access to all data listed above for unregistered users, as well as the right to participate (monitoring progress or active participation) in current auctions. Registered users can also access past auction catalogues, where estimated values, starting prices, the information whether the item was sold and the selling price can be seen!
Verified buyers receive the Auction Houses membership card via mail, with which the buyer can get the auction paddle with no registration protocol at public auctions, organised by the LUDENS Auction House. The membership card is issued after the first successful online or public auction purchase.

Prior to registration, we advise you that you carefully read the Auction Rules and Business Rules of the Ludens Auction House, which you will need to agree with at registration and are mandatory to all participants. The Rules are fully written in the catalogue published on this page.
